Deposit Policy

We value our customers' commitment to advance reservations; therefore, we clarify our deposit policy as follows:

1. Deposit Payment

The deposit is required to confirm the reservation of the cat and will be deducted from the total price upon completing the purchase.

2. Deposit Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable in the following cases:

  • The customer cancels the purchase after reserving the cat.
  • Payment is not completed within the specified time frame after the reservation (24–72 hours or as agreed).
  • Delay in picking up the cat beyond the agreed date without prior notice.

The deposit will only be refunded if:

  • The reservation is canceled by the store for any reason (such as an emergency or unavailability of the cat).

Important Notes

  • The deposit ensures seriousness and commitment between both parties.
  • Customers are advised to be certain of their decision before confirming the reservation.
