Exchange and Return Policy (For Cats)

Due to the nature of live animals (cats), we clarify the following policy to ensure transparency of rights and responsibilities:

1. Return Policy

Returns are not allowed after receiving the cat, to protect the cat’s health and safety from any environmental or health risks.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  • A mistake in the agreed-upon cat (e.g., breed or gender).
  • A confirmed serious contagious illness such as calicivirus, panleukopenia, or widespread fungal infection (with a veterinary report provided within 24 hours of receipt).

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor eye sensitivity or superficial infections.
  • Gingivitis or oral issues not linked to a serious virus.
  • Change of mind or disinterest after receiving the cat.
  • Family members not adapting to the cat or experiencing allergic reactions.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed if:

  • There is a clear difference from the agreed specifications (e.g., color or gender).
  • The exchange request is made within 24 hours of receipt, and the cat has not been exposed to any harmful external sources.

Important Notes

  • Any issue must be documented with photos upon receipt and sent within 12 hours through the approved communication channel.
  • The cat’s health must be stable at the time of the return/exchange request; requests will not be accepted if mistreatment or neglect is evident after delivery.
  • Any items purchased with the cat (e.g., food, litter, accessories) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
